That show and its misleading title "Jonathan Wier The Kid Who Was Raised In The Back Of An RV" are currently being sued by Jonathan Wier for the following reasons.
- His RV had curtains.
- His dad was not a circus clown, he was a rodeo clown
- Jonathan had shoulders growing up
- Jonathan's father left him at a baseball game NOT a football game
